branches of the arts and honing her skills as both a quality actress and presenter,

Chalida pays great attention to health matters. tration of this is the fact that
she
adheres to the theory of eating to complement one’s blood group,
low-carbohydrate eating, and macrobiotics ways of life. She has also enrolled in further
nutrition studies in the United States.

 Chalida was a writer of “Living In Shape” health column in Praew magazine,
 “Food for Life” column in the Dailynews Newspaper.
 She is also the author of the best selling “Diet Secret…
 How to Eat To Be Thin” and “Ageless Formulas”
... How to stay forever young, a special presenter for several health and nutritional programs.

 From a successful writer, In 2005, Chalida become the host of her own television show  
 “Living In Shape”
on Channel 3  with good intentions to improve the quality of life with
 the global health trends through stylish presentations.  “I believe it is particularly important
 for everyone to eat right and exercise. Taking good care of your health is probably the best investment you ever made. I admit that it’s a challenge to convince people  and myself to do so due to our busy lifestyles.  It’s always a joy for me to share healthy
lifestyles with my audiences.
